    BREAD or REVOLUTION: I.W.W. Hat Card 1914 Labor Unions Restored Vintage Photo Reprint

    The Industrial Workers of the World (IWW), members of which are commonly termed "Wobblies", is an international labor union that was founded in 1905 in Chicago, Illinois, in the United States. The origin of the nickname "Wobblies" is uncertain. The union combines general unionism with industrial unionism, as it is a general union, subdivided between the various industries which employ its members. The philosophy and tactics of the IWW are described as "revolutionary industrial unionism", with ties to socialist, syndicalist, and anarchist labor movements.
    Using professional digital restoration software, we painstakingly remove as much as we can of the original dust spots and scratches from the original negatives and tears and other blemishes from scanned prints. We also adjust exposures and tones to correct natural fading or fogging without sacrificing the character of the original photograph.
    We use Ultra Premium Luster 240 gsm 10 mil photographic papers and OEM archival Giclee inks on a professional printer for a final print that will last a lifetime and never fade if kept out of direct sunlight.
    All prints are made with a border of at least 1/4 in. [and frequently more] to allow for matting. [Let us know when you place your order if you would like us to trim your print to standard photo paper dimensions to fit stock frames and mat openings.]
